Introduction to advanced cardiac views like parasternal long and short axis, and apical 4 chamber. Instructor is Dr. Friedlander, chief cardiologist at Hôpital Notre-Dame. Training session will be at the cardiac echo suite of Hôpital Notre-Dame. Light preparatory material will be provided prior to event.

MUSIG is hosting its first “free scan” extra practice session right on campus! There will be FMD ultrasound instructors on hand to help with scans and questions. All years are welcome and you can choose what you would like to practice. There will be 3 1-hour practice slots to maximize the use of the machines and availability for students. Participants will SCAN and be SCANNED.

Come learn about how ultrasound is making its way into the clinical practice of dermatology. Technical aspects of ultrasound in derm will be discussed and applications of sonography in diseases of the hair, nails and skin will be introduced.
